Joe Nocera and Gretchen Morganstern are some of the loudest voices when it comes to establishing culpability for the crash. To date, no one is in jail and Wall Street still has credibility with our Congress. One must ask, why?
In this column Nocera articulates clearly the reasoning of what he describes as a moderate but others may call liberal. I understand that classification. This is worth a read.
