this is a disturbing occurrence in the continuing war with Monsanto over the ubiquitousness of its genetically modified seed. Monsanto has successfully sued growers who, through no fault of their own, had their crops cross fertilized by Monsanto's patented crops. In light of court rulings like this the continued survival of organically produced crops seems to be in doubt.
