This is an informative article on the upcoming case concerning same sex marriage that will be decided by the Supreme Court.  This is a carefully chosen case to attempt to establish once and for all a federal right to same sex marriage.  The lead attorneys in this case are somewhat startling since they are Theodore Olson and David Boies, the two competing attorneys for Bush v.
