It was distressing to see the Cats bumfuzzled by the Huskie's defense. It was very successful at keeping scoring out of the paint and forcing shots from the perimeter. I thought UK's offense was a bit hurried and didn't run the sets as good as they could. However, we have to remember that two more made free throws or one of those long distance threes would have won that game.
We have to be proud of this team which may be the most improved team in America. Coach Call should have won the Coach of the Year award. This team developed a refuse to lose attitude and achieved much more than anyone would have expected in December.
